All Kismet by Milka designs come in rose gold, but can be made in yellow gold and white gold upon special request. Items purchased in yellow or white gold are custom orders and cannot be returned or changed.

To care for your Kismet by Milka jewellery, take caution to keep harsh chemicals away from the precious metal and stones.

Store your jewellery individually in its original packaging between wearings or use a protective case that will prevent minor damages caused by contact with abrasive surfaces.

Keeping your jewellery clean is also important. Use a soft cloth to maintain gold's lustre. We also recommend you to clean diamonds with a soft, clean, damp cloth after wearing.

Please note: As this is hand made just for you please allow 3-5 business days for production and 5-10 business days for shipping depending on your location.

If you require the item by a specific date, please contact customercare@kismetbymilka.com.au to ensure that this will be possible.

We are unable to accept returns for a refund on items for incorrect choice or change of mind.

1.1. An exchange may be offered for a change of mind*, provided the item is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

1.2. The product must be returned in its original condition along with all original packaging.

1.3. Customers are liable for return and delivery costs.

1.4. In the occasion where a faulty or incorrect good is received, a pre-paid satchel will be provided to the customer to return as consumer statutory rights are not affected in relation to such items.

2. Items which cannot be returned:

2.1. Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges on earrings are not accepted.

2.2. There are no returns or exchanges under any condition for any customised orders.

2.3 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.
