1.1. Free Shipping on all Australian orders.
Orders within Australia are shipped by Australia Post at no cost to the customer. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from date of dispatch*. Kismet by Milka is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.
1.2 New Zealand
Customers incur a $30 express postal fee, registered with Australia Post. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery from date of dispatch. Kismet by Milka is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies, nor processing times by the relevant customs authority.
1.3. Custom Orders
Custom orders can vary in production time and are dispatched as soon as they are made.
1.4. All orders are carefully packed and are registered with Australia Post. Upon dispatch, an email is sent with tracking details for the item(s). A signature must be provided upon delivery, and as Australia Post is a trusted service, Kismet by Milka will not provide a refund or replacement for any order that has been scanned as delivered.
1.5. Kismet by Milka does not operate on public holidays or outside of business days.
